乐山高新区:打造良好科技创新生态

今年以来,乐山高新区科技局坚持以创新主体培育为主线,强化科技人才支撑体系,探索人工智能应用场景,全面推动科技创新和产业创新深度融合。


抓好科技企业培育,全力推动区内企业高质量发展。健全重点企业“一户一策”机制,会同专家深入企业开展“把脉问诊”帮扶行动。今年已完成高新技术企业新申报10家、复审9家,通过率100%,科技型中小企业备案100家,获批组建市级工程技术研究中心2家,有望培育省级瞪羚企业1家。


强化科技人才聚集,推动科技成果与产业需求全方位耦合。充分发挥“人才八条”等政策作用,进一步优化科技人才发展环境,鼓励企业引育创新型人才。政企联动,主动对接高校、院所专家人才50人次,3家企业的3名优秀人才及1个创新团队成功入选“嘉才计划”,开发落实科研助理岗位600余个。


探索人工智能应用场景,全面推动产业链转型升级。开展“人工智能”系列活动5场次,组织香港科技大学、西安交通大学、电子科技大学等高校专家,分享人工智能领域前沿性技术、创新性研究,发布人工智能领域科技成果12项,进一步促成高校和企业深度交流。
